Transactions

On Nimity, each time you add a new event to your cap table a transaction gets recorded in the Transactions menu item under Cap Table ( Cap Table > Transactions).

• The transaction menu item displays the full history log of all your equity transactions grouped by days 
• All transaction specific details can be viewed from here. 
• In case you’ve made an error, you can simply edit that transaction by clicking the small edit icon next to it. 
• Also, you can see how the cap table looked on any of these days by clicking the View cap table next to each day from the Transaction page

To add a new transaction simply click on Add new event button (from the Transactions page or from your Cap table page) and select the type of transaction you want to add.
