Creating your company
After first singing up as a "Company representative" on Nimity, you will be prompted to create your company.
Fill in the required fields and finish by clicking on the "Create company" button.
- Company name - your company's official name
- Registration country - country where your company was incorporated
- Company registration number - the national registration number your company was given at incorporation
- Company website (optional) - your company's website
- Currency- the currency you will be using to track investments, valuations, etc.
Next you will be prompted to add your Company's shareholders.
How do I create a second company?
- Go to your Companies menu page (Home > Companies)
- Click on "+Create company" button from the top right corner
- Fill in the required fields as showcased above
